The Business and Information Technologies Division is very active in Phi Beta Lambda and Kappa Beta Delta.  Each Semester, the members are involved in community service, workshops, competitions, participating in campus activities, assisting Divisional activities, speaking to various high school (dual enrollment) classes, etc. Below are some of their accomplishments (Please continue to visit our website to keep up-to-date with the divisional news):

Kudos to Omari Birl and Travonte' Lawson for be chosen to attend the Thurgood Marshall College Fund Leadership Institute Program.  The Thurgood Marshall College Leadership Institute is a national program designed to develop college students' leadership skills, create a community of scholars, provide companies with access to a talented and diverse student population, and help students make connections that lead to thriving careers.  This year, Apple sponsored 43 computer science and engineering students to attend the program in Washington, D.C. on October 15-20.

  - The March of Dimes is FBLA-PBL's national service partner.  For more than 40 years FBLA-PBL has consistently ranked as the top March of Dimes fundraising partner, raising over $15 million dollars and counting to improve the lives of babies. 

Lawson State's Phi Beta Lambda raised several hundred dollars to donate to the March of Dimes for 2018--Congrats!
