HBCU Innovation Power Hours Launch This Spring

Students Prepare to Unleash Creativity, Technology, and Entrepreneurship at Lawson State

Get ready for an electrifying spring semester as Lawson State participates in HBCU Innovation Power Hours---a dynamic and immersive experience designed to ignite creativity, foster design thinking, and explore the latest in technology and entrepreneurship with the power of AI.  
 

Kicking off in March 2025, this action-packed series hosted by The Alabama Collective will bring together students, innovators, and industry leaders to engage in exciting challenges, inspiring sessions, and hands-on workshops focused on the future of innovation. With live music, great food, and exclusive giveaways, this is the ultimate opportunity for HBCU students to connect, learn, and build their future. 

"Our HBCUs are home to some of the brightest, most creative minds, and it's our mission to ensure they have the tools, exposure, and opportunities to lead in tech, AI, and entrepreneurship. The Innovation Power Hours are about more than just learning," said Charisse Stokes, Executive Director of The Alabama Collective.
