Culinary arts classes are taught by highly experienced chefs that have been certified by the American Culinary Federation and the National Restaurant Association. Studying culinary arts gives students a deeper appreciation for food as culture, food as art, and their health. Graduates are prepared to work in restaurants; own food trucks, restaurants or catering businesses; or become a personal chef.
