Eligible employees may elect individual or family basic health insurance coverage under one of several Public Education Employee’s Health Insurance Plans (PEEHIP) offered. Optional cancer, indemnity, dental and vision coverage are also available with Southland Insurance.

New Employee Information
New employees who elect to enroll in medical/hospital coverage should complete the process within 30 days of hire. Coverage will become effective on the date of hire or the first day of the month following the date of hire based on new employee preference.
