Submitting No Show Reports (Attendance Verification Reports).
Important facts you need to know: An Attendance Verification Report is only submitted when the college requests the report. For this report, the faculty member places the letter "NS" (indicating No Show) next to any student's name who has NEVER attended the class. Attending students are NOT reported at all. Submitting Grades Mid-term & Final Grades.
Important facts you need to know: Only submit Mid-term grades on students who are currently failing (less than a 70%) in your classes. If a student is passing, no report is necessary.
